Artistic Edge class

hiiii :)
Here's a big project I have been working on the past few weeks! I'm super excited to introduce you to my first ever online course!

Artisitc Edge will be a 3 week photo editing course at the convenience of your very own home! Structered completely online you can expect step by step instructions including *many* screenshots of my computer showing you exactly how to find the tools and use the techniques you learn. An example of a screenshot (for those who may not know):

The course cost is $25 and will begin on February 1st. You can purchase it here: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5133519
Shortly after your registration you should receive the link, username and password needed to access the site.

With your purchase you will get a full months access to the Artistic Edge site and enjoy 3 weeks (21 days) of daily instructionals, never before seen photographs, inspirational pieces, step by step lessons, and lots more! Each week I will personally email you to see your progress and answer any questions you may have. This is a time where you can get all your questions answered (if any-the lessons will be very thorough) and "pick my brain" so to speak for the lessons that you learned the prior week. You will also get access to a yahoo group where you can socialize and exchange thoughts on the daily postings with other registered members. I will periodically monitor the group and join in :)
I will also make a photo album for everyone to share their photos that they have edited while during the class (only if you feel comfortable in doing so).

While we wait for February 1st to roll around you can browse the blog for links and info regarding photography and some really fun items I have found. When the course launches there will be a new post *every* day...some will be step by step tutorials, others text based info, and I can guarantee you a HEAP of colorful inspiration to get you motivated!

Below you can see an example of before and afters of just *some* of the techniques you will learn through this course. I guarantee you that at the end of the three weeks you will look at your photos in a whole new light. You will realize that no photo is "hopeless", and each can be warped and edited into a fascinating masertpiece! Though the course is 21 days I will keep the site up for a week later so that you can print or re-read any of the tutorials or information.

The only supply that you must have before this course begins is:
any Adobe Photoshop software (I use Elements which is rather inexpensive)
and a HEAP of un-edited photos on your computer--I really encourage you to take some random pictures of foliage, buildings, and things like fire hydrants etc.

and believe me...it will be EASY as pie to learn this stuff! :)

hugs, Adrienne

I'm excited about this class too, but also wonder if the version of CSE makes a difference? Do we need the latest & greatest? I'm at 4.0.

Will this work with PhotoShop CS2??? I would love to learn your *tricks*!!!

I am so bummed...your class sold out (way to go!). Are you going to be offering it again, if so do you know when???
I have been wanting to learn this program forever.

Wow, I just found your site and my jaw dropped! Your living room wall is breathtaking!!!

OK - tell the truth, is this stuff really easy to learn? I'm a beginner with Photoshop CS3 but I would love to learn how to make my photos pop!

Really... can a newbie do it? If so - I'm IN!
